About:
The LeaderShop provides elementary aged children through high school aged youth with a variety of programs ranging from mentoring, leadership, performance groups, volunteer services and special community based events. These programs are designed to give youth the tools, confidence and passion to want to make a difference in their communities.

The LeaderShop empowers youth to become community-minded individuals through diverse programs that foster confidence, knowledge and leadership.
Vision:
The LeaderShop aspires to build an ever-growing network of youth energized by service and responsibility to self, community and the world. These youth are given the tools, confidence and passion to want to make a difference in their communities in their own lives.

The programs and services of The LeaderShop are guided by the following values:
1. Commitment: We value employees and volunteers that exhibit a strong work ethic by taking ownership, embracing the mission, and executing high quality programs to achieve this mission.
2. Compassion: We value the compassion of individuals and empower them to make a difference in the lives of others. We recognize and value the positive accomplishments that employees, volunteers, and youth can achieve by working together.
3. Community Partners: We strive to improve the communities where we work and live. We value community partners and recognize the importance of working together to strengthen our collective positive impact.
4. Quality of Life: We have a clear responsibility to protect employees, volunteers, and youth by making health and safety a priority. We recognize and encourage the importance of balancing professional and personal life.
5. Diversity: We understand and appreciate our differences. We value diverse participation and do not exclude for any reason.
6. Respect:We respect youth as individuals and value their contributions. We promote youth-led, adult-supported initiatives.
7. Integrity: We act with honesty and integrity – making decisions in the best interest of youth, families, and communities.
8. Youth Development: Our programs promote and develop a sense of competence, sense of usefulness, sense of belonging, and a sense of influence.
Fees:
Students pay a fee of $10 which will allow them to participate in any of the above listed programs. For students interested in either of the programs that build leadership must attend the leadership conference, which is a fee of $60.

Programs That Build Confidence: Girls Group/Guys Group- Students explore their potential through education, discussion, activities, community service, and interaction with other group members
Haunted Manor- Students create and run a haunted house Watch My Feet- Performance group in which students create their own skits to perform in the community |
Programs That Build Knowledge: After school Tutoring Program- High school students tutor elementary aged students

Programs That Build Leadership: **High School Leadership Program- Students work as a group to plan ongoing service projects
**Teen Leaders-Students use leadership skills to lead programs and conferences for younger participants **each of these programs requires students to attend the Leadership Conference |
